heres the new proposed layout and the cabinet price... we originally planned on keeping this reno in the $10,000 range however*** after months of searching for diy cabinets that didnt have to be assembled and had solid wood dovetail drawers this is the best we found...

Ikea came in at about $1000 less but the quality and custom features just wern't there.
Lowes Schuller line was $13,000
RTA cabinets came in at about the same but needed to be assembled and lacked quality.
we sat down with a rep. from Aya kitchens in pickering she was fantastic... had fresh ideas and very knowledgable but COST was def. an issue for this layout she said the cabinetry would range from about $15,000 - $20,000 overall cost would be about $30,000!!!!! and that was just THEIR cost!!!!

Fabritec Expressive line from home depot was the obvious choice!
